Different "class" of people these days bbirder. Most can't even spell respect or responsibility. Much less understand them.

A lot of the businesses will suffer and complain too. Did when I was stationed there and other places. But like was said a lot of the younger ones need to learn responsibility. A petty officer third or second could still only be 22 or 24 years old. Can handle the job but not the drinking a lot of times.
