I must be the only person in the world who isn't impressed with Online or his calves.

No you are not I would not have him or any of his sons on my place. Seems the hernia thing is showing up in sons. Just like 19D would not be on my place either, eye problem.

You have no reason to believe me more than any other person you hear stories from, but I will say it anyway. 19D getting a little bit of a bad rap. Yes, he did have one eye removed by a vet. If you knew the whole story, you would maybe have a different point of view. It not a very nice story and I'm not going to repeat it. If you look around at some of the sales, you will still see 19D being used and his calves still sell well. I assume these people know [as Paul Harvey would say] "the rest of the story".

A good friend bought an Online ET heifer in the recipient from Star Lake for $3,500. Black cow calved, had solid black calf. A mixup from the source of the recipient. They replaced it with a real Online daughter at side of recipient. This recipient didn't milk, had to bottle feed the calf.

Can't understand why Star Lake uses those black cows that don't milk as recips. You would think they would use a better milking cow.
