Hey guys so here's my situation. I'm in newfoundland Canada, if ya don't know we r the island of the east coast of Canada. So the beef industry here is pretty well not at all lol we have lots of daries but no beef. I'm trying my best to start my own beef farm. I have 4 cows right now that are a mix of everything. 2 of them r a mix of mostly hereford. Plus I just like them. So I'm on the look for a bull. I know why rite do AI. Well even the daries don't AI or won't help and I don't see the point in it myself. We have a local pasture that usually has a nice bull there but I'm keeping half the girls home. So I'd like to get a bull to have of my own. I'd also like it to be a calf cause then I can train it to be tie out in the fields and just might be easier for me to handle. Anyone able to help me in finding this Lil guy?

I'm a long time Hereford guy, small time. But my advice for you in your situation trying to get a beef operation going that far north with four cows, black angus bull or if you can Black angus AI, I know what you said about AI.

It sounds like you may have to travel a little to find a good one... Perhaps Supa Dexta or Aaron here can point you in the right direction.. For Charolais, Dubcharo has some fine specimens... Anyone know where Bez is?
