Herd Bull Turnout Pics

I was out checking on things the day after turning the bull in on a new pasture and was able to snap a few pictures I thought I would share. The bull pictured came from a farm just down the road and was my first bull purchase two years ago. Next to him in the second picture is his 60 day old son who is a chip off the old block. Third pic is the bull calf with his momma.

He is long and pretty thick overall. He is a Connealy Right Answer grandson out of a cow that had been double bred to Net Worth genetics. His calves have been pretty darn consistent so far from a phenotype and performance standpoint. They hold their own with any AI sire I have tried. His epd's changed dramatically when the one step change happened so I will have to get a few of his daughters into production before I know if he is a strictly terminal sire or not.

Right answer is pretty hard to beat. I keep telling myself I need to buy a couple hundred straws before something happens to him and they disappear. Like always, I’ll wait till it’s too late
