Now that Senate Committee, by a vote of 10 to 7, has oked approval to bomb Syria, where does it go from their, does it go to the House and then if they approve , will it then go to the Senate and if they pass, then we bomb Syria, I should know these things but the way they do things I got confused of how it works, I know some of you smarter people out there will know the answer. :dunce:

It was passed by a Senate committee so it now goes to the full Senate for a vote. At the same time the House could consider the same bill or a bill with some differences. Or the House could wait until the Senate bill is passed and sent over to them for their approval. If they both pass similar bills that differ in some way it then goes to a joint committee to work out the differences.
