Help ID a fertilizer spreader...

I have a 10' fertilizer spreader that I cannot identify as to make and model. I would like to use it to seed B Dahl bluestem. The center bearings need replacement. Resembles an E-Z Flow, but do not think that is the manufacturer. Has a clearly defined S/N 601286 and a "U" on the plate but nothing else readable. The only other distinguishing marks inside the lids in faded lettering "RED ROTOR" and "GREEN ROTOR" for right and left side.
Any help, comments, guidance would be appreciated.
