I'm picking up some hay stored outside - not my usual practice - I usually buy dry and store indoors. It's net wrapped 6 foot rounds packed tight set end to end but not on pallets. Curious if hay stored outside can be stacked and put inside or, if after all this time, there's just too much moisture in the outer layers that will lead to even more rot if they are stacked and touching? Perhaps best to just keep outside at this point?

Yeah at this point the weather has done it damage, unless you just have extra room inside to set them in rows and not on top of each other I would leave them outside as well.
