I'm assuming you mean something like this? I have one that I use during the winter months when I am not moving a lot of hay. You can out it on or take it off in about a minute or two. During "haying season" I take the bucket off and put on a heavy duty bale spear.
Check your local ag equipment dealers to see what they have or can order.

Both my loader buckets have sockets at the upper lip so I slide a spear in and run a pin through it and I'm done. Takes half a minute max. I like the high angle of the spears because I can curl the bucket back with the bale on the spear which brings the center of gravity way back and reduces the stress on the bucket and the front axle.

Ebay usaully has some folks selling this kinda of spear. I bought a replacement spear for my front end loader for around 50 bucks. One from the manafacuturer was 300.
