Years a go my husband bought a hay ring that was made out of black plastic pipe... it has held up 10x longer than a metal ring here in SE TEXAS.. ( Metal , even galvinized, rusts the first year out here ) I was hoping someone could tell me where to buy more or how to make my own!!

I know the ones you are talking about. they look great, and Tarleton uses them in their feed lot on campus.
