Having a small problem

When I'm writing a longish post, and get down to where the text box is having to scroll it flickers up and down. Is anybody else having this problem? It just started a couple days ago, and only on my laptop. I'm using IE, I was using Google Chrome, and didn't have a problem, but Chrome crashed. This laptop is a real beauty. LOL. It might just be my computer, but I thought I would ask.

Yep, got to tools in internet explorer, add cattletoday.com to the compatibilty view settings.
