Has anybody ever crammed fat cattle into a semi trailer for delivery to slaughter plant 4 hours away, in a 127 degree heat index? I was told that would be the thing to do, because standing out in the middle of 1393 sq feet was killing the the way it was, the closer confines of the trailer would certainly cool them down.
 
No sir, I don't even like to lot mine if it's above 80F. Won't do it unless its at dawn.

Well scratch that idea, lining up 16 trucks, and getting them on site, and the cattle loaded within 20 minutes would have been a tuff mission anyhow, glad I didn't take that route.

me too, thats probably why the feedlot owner moved the cattle from the feedlot cement to the pea field the night before. can't do much about no breeze.

But in answer to the original question.. NO. would not do it.
 
This is a topic that people should just let drop because now it is getting beyond being childish and stupid. Why keep it going unless its to seek attention?
