Took the little one and the wife to town yesterday and stopped by to look at some animals.

This one calved on Oct 29 and it already weighs 750 lbs. Main thing that bothers me about raising these is the fencing and facilities needed.

Her phenotype is a little whacky and the birthweights pretty high but she should be an efficient foraging animal. Wonder if there is semen available? Too sickle-hocked?

That's what I'm talking about; I'd hate to have to hop in the pen with her .Don't think Louisville slugger therapy would have much affect on her attitude towards mothering.
 
I didn't know armadillo's got that big. I bet it would mess up a car.
