Congrats on another one!!! The "town" of Porter looks a lot different now than what I remember..it used to be a few stores by the underpass of HWY 59, and a lot of forest...not so much now. Again, congrats! :bday:

Getting bigger and busier too. I-99 (a new 'outer loop' tollway locally called Grand Parkway) crosses US59 there now, and a whole bunch of big construction is going on, a new Academy store, new Kroger, some kind of huge mall looking thing, a bunch of new eateries, and walmart dist center either just opening or about to. Won't be long before Houston reaches it's snaky fingers out to take Porter in like it has so many other small surrounding towns.

The Mrs. has been eyeing that new Kroger and strip mall for awhile.
I look for my checkbook to get dented when the granddaughters come in.
You just had to invite Houston closer.
