what is everyone using for the tip(coupler) the ones i get from tsc are junk, last 4 or 5 times then not seal.

I had zerks that were gummed up on my dozer. This gun puts out enough pressure that it locks on the zerk. I broke it getting it loose. I finally ordered a high quality one, I think from Alemite. I don't remember but the cheap ones are worthless on this gun.

That's what I use. A couple of times I've had so much pressure built up that I needed water pump pliers to release the latching lever

Yes, it happen once in a while, but most of the time it makes greasing easier. I usually look like I've been in a grease fight and lost. It's on me, my clothes and the rags!!

I agree. The locking on deal isn;t enough of a problem to ever make me quit using the electric grease gun.
