The other active ingredient in Grazon P+D is 2,4-D and it is also still restricted.

Grazon is still restricted here but i think only 2-4-D ester is restricted here. I'm not totally sure about that though.

In MO it's the picloram that makes Grazon restricted. I thought IL was the only place that 2,4-d was restricted.

They are probrably talking about Milestone. Dow brought it out as a non-restricted use product for thistles. Grazon is still a restricted use product. 24D is not a restricted use product.

It might be a quantity issue. Before I got my private applicators license I used to by a product called Pasture Pro from Tractor Supply which is nothing except 24D. Without a license, I could only by it in 1 pint containers which was about 3 times the unit price of the 2.5 gal container. Had to have license to by it in the 2.5g container though.

There is a feed store in my area that had a radio spot today, and they made the statment that Grazon PD is not restricted now. Anyone know any thing about this.
I called the feed store and they said that the radio ad writer got it wrong. Grazon is still restricted. The ad was supposed to say that there were other herbicides that were not restricted that could be used.

Grazon P+D as well as 2,4-D is still restricted in Texas as of a couple of months ago, or at least they asked for my license when I bought it.
