Grazing price for pairs?

What is a fair daily rate for a short term grazing deal with cow/calf pairs on oats. Grazier will provide daily care.

I'd say $20 to $25/month...... .70/day is what I've heard.

How much more grazing can you get from oats this spring, mine have started to seed already.

Hopefully will get another 30 days. A buddy has some oats that are a little under stocked and I'm a little overstocked so I'm taking a few pairs to him till the oats are gone.

You might look at what do you project the calves to gain....and hence your gain from putting them there.....and split that with the guy.....or in other words pay him half of the value to you.
