Grass for BFT based mix ?

What grasses would be use in a BFT based mix to seed high meadow ground for a 2 cut hay production system in the north?

Everything I've ever seen about BFT recommended bluegrass... or timothy/orchardgrass.
Even though I'm in 'The Bluegrass State', it doesn't grow(well, if at all) over here in my end of the state...so I have no experience with it.
Guess if I were going for haying it, I'd plant a mix of timothy & orchardgrass.

Lots of blue grass in our seed bank, but it is not very productive.
I don't think OG is great in wetter zones.
Timothy or reed canary are the sole survivors in some of our "winter killed" stands.
