Grass burs

How have any of the members on this board controlled grass burs. I need to know. I really have a crop of them in the pastures.

as far as i know theres no way to control sand burrs.an i take it since you have them your pastures are sandy.

Depends on what kind of "burs" they are. Spraying and burning for a copule of years works with some. Mowing short and hauling off the burs works with others.
