I am a fairly new roper. I have been ropin for fabout the past year and a half. I do mostly ranch roping but I do like to rope a dummy every now and then. My question is does any one know of a good soft rope that would be a good ranch rope. I bought an NV4 soft on the internet hoping that it would be soft but it wasn't. I double checked to see if it was a heel rope and it wasn't. If any one wants this rope tell me and I'll sell it to them. It is a 32 dollar rope and it has never been used. I was told that some people like harder ropes but not me.
