I think this is good publicity. What say the brain trust? Any negatives any one can think of?

I think the biggest obstacle is getting a processing date at the butcher. 4 months out right now.
Altho, that could be overcome with some prior planning and stocked up freezers at home I reckon

Quarters, halves and whole beef’s are selling like crazy here now. There are tons of people selling cuts and/or ground beef by the package - some inspected and some not. There are no new freezers available for sale in this part of the world. Local appliance stores say mid June at best and they all have waiting lists pages long. Processors near here are booked into December and beyond....

It would be great if we could sell cuts legally, though.

My wife just told me the book-of-faces has started a "shop (your state) farms and ranches" group to market locally.

I looked at it and Shop Texas Farms and Ranches has a fast-growing interest and involvement.

Just a PSA......carry-on
