I can buy 8 ton bins like that pretty often for around 500$ there all useable and some pretty nice but there not all in new condition. These in your ad seem a little hight to me, but I may be wrong.
 
Many times those are good, sometimes they are not. First off one that tall will need a concrete surface to be bolted down to. If they say on it is pretty good and one panel is rusty it is a job to replace a panel. Check and be sure it either had a door for the bucket or a good augar and motor. 11 ton is pretty big unless you feel a lot. I just today bought a 5 ton square low profile that I can set on grass, level ground, unlevel ground, dirt, gravel, where ever. New delivered for $1900.

I actually looked and they do not have it listed on their link that I went to. Souix Steel is the brand. Look on TN Coop website. They sell them although that is not where I got mine.

around here you can buy those feed tanks for $500 all day long.any feed tank needs a concrete pad to sitt on an be be bolted to i dont care what size bin.

I just bought a bin exactly like Kenny's and I too paid 1900 for it delivered. I sat mine on two railroad ties and bolted it down with C-clamps. It works really well and was a breeze to setup. I got mine from the local Co-Op in Chapel Hill. I think they still have one or two left.
