This bull calf is registered as Giganta. He was banded at birth due to a 123 pound birth weight. I register everything because I am in the THE program.

Giganta was born 9/20/2018.  He is 133 days old today.  Sired by Broadway.  Birthweight was 123 pounds. He is a horse. For comparison, that is one of my biggest cows!

They have to have the genes. You can pour rocket fuel in a Volkswagen but it still won't win the Indy 500. I don't want fat in the udder or scrotum. That would be like crapping in your lunch box. I watch them like a hawk for too much fat. I do covet growth.

They are getting about 5 pounds a day of a very cheap beef mix - Hinton Mills Blue Ribbon.
