Genetic alteration may make cows BSE free

American and Japanese scientists have genetically engineered cows to be free from the proteins that cause mad cow disease.

Is this going to be a problem for consumers? Or cattlemen?

Id love to hear how Europe will deal with that. Woudl they rather have genetically engineered food or BSE? What a delima for them. :lol:

You know I just can't help but wonder, if God made them that way I am sure He had a reason for doing so. This may stop BSE but what else will it do?
