What's your thoughts on this old bull? I bred a young cow to him that my daughter assured me she seen standing, but I didn't see it my self nor any signs of it. Come to find out he's priced at $50 a straw now and I thought I was just cleaning out the tank. Lesson learned.

Several years ago I had a bull sired by him, he was a good bull.

LRAF I know it's a little frustrating, but you were just cleaning out the tank and $50 is the replacement price,
so unless you plan to buy more Expectation semen to replace what you used, in reality it didn't cost you a penny more
than your original purchase price. Maybe looking at it that way makes you feel a little better about it.

Very true SOB. Was just very surprised he was at that price now. He does make good females and I do have a daughter here. May look toward using some selectively "instead of cleaning out the tank".
