Gamagrass??

Since no one else has responded..............
A friend of mine plant eastern gama 5-6 years ago. If cut young it makes decent hay, or if it's grazed young the cows eat it well. If it's allowed to go to long they won;t tough the stuff either as hay or as graze. It has to be drilled with a warm season grass drill, a regular drill won;t work. It get's so rough because of the rhizom growth that you can hardly walk across it without turning an ankle and driving across it for haying will beat you to death.......
