Funny how, we the people , tend to like black cars, black trucks, black tints, black jeans , black shirts, black hided cattle. Do we the have the same respect for people who dont look as we do ? Do we have the same rappor and level confidence in people who dont look like us . I include myself in all these observations . Wish we could change , I understand its our nature , but we all did get off Noahs ark as the bible tells , and were created in the image of our heavenly father .

I couldnt care less what color somebodies skin is or where they are originally from.

What I do care about is if they cant pull their pants up, dont have the curtesy to turn their sub wolfers down to a level that doesnt have every car around them vibrating, they think the world owes them something and cant speak in a litterate sentence. Makes no difference what color their skin happens to be.

who said we liked black cars, black trucks, black tints, black jeans, black shirts, and black cattle?...I dont like black cars or trucks, dont have any tint, prefer bluejeans, get too hot in black shirts, and actually dont prefer the hype about black cattle...so I guess you're trying to say we dont like black people?...the color of the skin dont make the man...that's BS about us not having the same respect for people who dont look the same...some minorities just like to find ways to make people feel sorry for them...I've not met very many minorities but the ones I have met around here are great people...we've only got 1 black man in our whole county and I dont dont respect or disrespect him because what color he is...I respect him because he is a good person...he's a hard worker...he's very friendly...he doesn't do anything to bother anyone...I respect him just as much as any white person around here

and 3MR is right...I dont respect people that wear their pants around their knees, walking around with their stupid rap music acting like some little hoodlums...its just that the majority of them people happen to be black...but I sure wont respect a white person or a mexican dressed the same way...it aint got nothing to do with the race...it includes everyone

I agree that there are more appropriate places for this thread.

But if I needed a load or two of cattle bought and I wanted to be sure they were just right and just what I ordered, the guy I'd call would be the best and most honest cattle buyer I know...who just happens to be Black.

If I needed help doing something and I needed it right away, with no questions asked, the guy that would get my call is one of the best neighbors anyone could ever hope to have...who just happens to be a Mexican.

Some of the best cattlemen I've ever known, and some of the best friends I've ever had, just happen to have skin darker than mine. So f'ing what?

Who says we judge cattle by their hide color???? I'll keep one of Mike's better solid white heifers over some 410 lb pot belleyed, knock kneed, narrow built, no butted, pond swimming, rough haired heifer that just happens to have a black hide any day of the week. I personally like Herfs, but in a commercial herd IF the smokie cow is the best cow I will take her daughter over a lesser quality whiteface heifer without losing any sleep. If you sell through the yard, there is no advantage in uniform lots anyway since the calves usually don't sell together. I like to get an Angus premium; but POUNDs is usually the name of the game.

And I prefer my trucks Oxford White (they just don't stay that clean long) and have never purchased a pair of black jeans in my entire life. The only black pants I own go with my suit jacket too funerals and legal proceedings only.

Where in the world did this come from? Are you assuming because we have cattle and most of us are conservative that we are racist? I see that you are racist by your own account, maybe you need to work on that before you start making assumptions about other people.
