Frozen Calf

Have a calf that was born next to a drafty door in the middle of the night. When found, lungs and nose were frozen. Put in calf hut under heat right away but calf is still having severe respiratory issues. Any suggestions on how to cure the heavy wheezing? Vet came out and gave him a bunch of shots and he is being bottle fed. I don't raise calves as of yet so this is being posted for my better half who owns the calf and has never had this issue before.

If his lungs are frozen, he doesn't have much of a chance.
