Picked our beef up last week and tried some of the steaks Sunday, a t bone and a couple of tenderloins.

looks like they would be good. how was they?

Turned out good, great flavor, had a roast tonight, had the flavor of a steak, had good compliments from the others that bought, its good when you have repeat customers that already want to be on the list next year.
