What I find disturbing about this is why would anyone tie theirselves to a steer
I have tied off hard and fast when catching some tuff ol cows and bulls but I was Horseback and there has been a time or two that if I hadn't had a good sharp knife I would of been in a HE77 of wreck

That's terrible. I'm with AC on the tying bit. That just doesn't make good sense.
