Bonds said that graffiti demeaning many different groups is common in the tunnel.

"It's free expression, but nobody is walking through, regulating it," she said.

Note to Miss Bonds: Free expression that's regulated is not free expression. In fact, it's just the opposite. Maybe when you grow up you'll come to realize that.
