That's right. We call the purple ones bullaces, or bullis as you say, and the bronze or copper colored ones scuppernongs. Both bullaces and scuppernongs are in the muscadine family of grapes. If I see a vine of what I know as fox grapes I'll take a pic and post it. gaprime, you probally have what we have and They have always been called bullis around here. they are deep purple ,almost black.
