low very low I would say going down by 5C!
was in Cpenhagen a few years back and there were snowdrifts of 15 feet, we couldn't get the back door open and were throwing snowballs from the first floor windows.

Well Phooy! I saw it snow,but it was about a teaspoon of powdered sugar over an acre,but it was snow.
