What kind of gas mileage does anyone see with these? Found one cheap with low miles. Single rear wheel crew cab.

I can't answer your mileage question but the wife and I drove a couple before she bought her last truck. We both thought the trucks were underpowered, drove a Dodge 2500 with a 360 and loved it (I'm a dyed in the wool Ford person). Love the 360 but the truck's a piece of junk.

I drive a 250 van for work, power seems ok as it weighs 8500#. Don't recall the axle ratio though. Drove these vans for 6 years now and usually get 15 mpg.

Best the wife's truck (4.10 rear) has ever done was 14mpg. And that was downhill in neutral.

I have an F350 with a V10, standard cab, single rear wheel, 5 sp. standard. I get about 10-11 mpg on the average, that's puttering around the place and going to town once or twice a week. The V8 will probably do 1-2 mpg better I'm guessing.

I cant say about the 350 but had an 04 150 4 x 4 that got 15-16 hwy, Have an 07 now with the 2wd 4.6 and its getting about 16-17 around town...

Low mileage... as expected, but watch out for those plugs blowing!! Especially if its a 99-02

Interesting, I was talking to a friend with a Dodge 3500 Cummins last Sunday. He said he just loves his Cummins. Then he said "I hate the truck though". His is an 07.

It is an 06 with 17000 on it. Plain crew cab work truck, asking $21,000 books for $27,000. Thought it might be good farm truck.

sounds expensive to me for a work truck, but then again I most generally am a cheap one when it comes to buying vehicles... I get em used. ... like the 96 chevy 1 ton diesel I bought about 6 years ago for 5K. It did have about 256,000 miles on it, but now its still going strong with over 300,000.

Forgot to add it is a crew cab. Truck looks new.

Before I bought my last truck (brand spanking new 10 year old truck) I drove a few Dodges with the cummins motor. Loved the motor, hated the trucks. I'd still like to try one if Dodge would ever make a truck worthy of the motor.
