Had a man offer me a Ford 2000 Diesel today. I know they are not the most sought after Fords.A 3000 will put em' to shame. It has a cheap brand 5' Bush Hog with it. Wondered what yall' think it's worth. It's been kept up good, but is faded bad. Sheet meatal is good and tires are good too.
 
I would say you could get $3000 for it if the sheet metal is good and all there and everything works. I paid $2300 for a 3400 but that's another story. You may get more depending on who is looking and how much money they have.
 
we have had a ford 2000 for 12 years. we use it to feed hay and drill post holes. it needs a shot of stating fluid to start but never fails to start. it is a good alaround tractor to use on the ranch. we also have a jd 2955 for big work.

He's asking 2600.00 for it. The reason I posted the topic was that you dont see many 2000 Fords, around here. A good clean 3000 will bring more than it cost new. This tractor is faded, and needs a grill, but I made him an offer on it. We'll let you know what happens.
 
Does any body know want a ford 3000 cost new.Or any other
tractor for that matter.I would like to look up a few.

I think that Ford 3000's were made from 1968-1975 They averaged in price from 3500-4200.
