follow up on dead calf

I received the results from the diagnostic lab on the 1 week old calf that died suddenly. Here they are. Should receive more from Auburn later.

the naval appeared slightly swollen but did not appear to have a significant amount of grossly visible inflammation. The abomasum contained a large milk curd and formed fecal material was present in the large bowel. The cause of death was not determined by gross examination.

navel- light growth of E. coli and few colonies of streptococcus sp.
 
So as you can see, they cultured e. coli, and found nothing much on gross PM. This is to be expected, and final results would come with histopath. Micotil is useless for this bug, nuflor, naxel work.

For your sake, transcribe the information on an e-mail. When you scan something like that, someone could get too much information and you could get burned...
