Does anyone use foam or have any info on the cost of putting it in or how it rides with it in verses air in a radial tire? Any help will be appreciated.

I have foam filled front tires. They are the regular 3 ribbed 2wd from tires. It's several hundred dollars per tire by the time you get the new tires and foam fill them. It makes the tires super heavy and the ride is rougher. It's still better than flats though and the only option for us. We can't operate with out it.

Only down side I know of is it voids warranty on the front of most equipment.

Don't use a front end loader for round bales with them, the added weight will cause the tire to come to pieces. Didn't even last one season.
