Fly bite? Ringworm?

What is this? Its on the back of my bull. Just noticed it yesterday.

Could be a little spot of ring worm. But that's not a real common place for it to start. It is usually around the head and neck.
When was the last time that he was wormed? I don't know if you get warbles there or not.
