if you breed a cow with a sexed male straw would all the embryos being flushed be all male?

NO. There is still a chance of getting heifers. They can only seperate it so much befor it becomes worthless semen. Try and take to much of one out and it hurts what you are after.

With sexed semen the conception rate is a lot lower and most of the time it's not just Y sperm in there. If it was all Y's, you'd get all bull embryos.
