As I was driving to the ranch yesterday on the radio they were saying that there some some degenerate flashing women. I'm sure they were not amused. After getting caught he told the police that his pants just fell down, but the thing is he did 12 times. I can see that if his pants fell down once that could maybe considered an accident, but not 12 times.

We had one here several years ago. Cops kept coming in to review our security cameras. It was a funny not funny situation. They eventually caught the ol boy. He would walk out of the woods and flash people from behind their house.

My mom after she was widowed dated a policeman of the mounted patrol. He said all he ever did was chase dicky shakers through the park on horseback.

Hang around one of the many homeless camps in Roseburg and you will see this most every day. A few days ago there was a naked guy camped out in the parking lot of the Farmers Coop in Winston. Cops did eventually arrest him when they couldn't get him to leave and he became very confrontational. Almost every time we drive through downtown, we see people wandering around disoriented and often partially unclothed. One young guy walks around talking to himself and pulling his pants up and down at passing cars. Unfortunately most of the country's homeless have moved to the west coast along the I-5 corridor. Most are quite young and many appear to be high on something. Oregon's experiment with de-legalizing hard drugs was an epic failure and has just made the situation worse. (Imagine that!)
