fixing apholstery

I screwed up. I was putting the cb and radio in the visor of hubby's rig yesterday. Don't know how I did it but, I managed to cut the apholstery on the celing. It is padded with them buttons everywhere. It has the seattle package on the interior and everything is padded and apholstered. I was wondering if anyone might have an easy way to sew that slit up without taking the headliner out and takeing it to town. :?:

Cert you can buy some pretty good kits that will patch the aw S. I have used a couple before I will look around and see if I still have one and who makes it.
