While I was making a post on the feed yard board just 30 min ago, I heard that bellering coming from the lot where the heifers are, you know that sound so I had to check and see. This is how I like them to come, no waiting, watching and worry. First of 9 heifers bred to right answer had a 60 pound or so bull calf that came 9 days early. She is the youngest heifer of the bunch and not bagged up as much as some of the others. She is a purchased heifer out of a stockyard cow and the first to calve. The rest I raised and are already behind her now so that may say something about my heifer development program LOL.
