It was so warm today that I decided to get a few videos of my riding cow Bertha. We are currently working on our jumping. She is the only cow I have that will just run through a jump if she doesn't feel like jumping! Btw does anyone happen to know what the horse tricks that you see in westerns are called?

Fun video. Thanks for sharing. I'd say she's got a special spot with you for years to come.

Good job. We had a couple of cows you could ride when I was a kid. Wrap a chain around the nose band on its halter, and it will turn the brakes up a little.

Thanks for all the kind comments. Bigfoot, the nose chain definitely helps with the brakes! I also used it to improve her steering. :D

That was awesome! Now I am trying to think which one of my cows I'll try to train! LOL!

Thank you! I love it, you're always so fast to reward her also . :tiphat:

I can't ride that well with a saddle, and I've had the same horse for 29 years.

Keep it up

I thought the same thing. Her training ability is impressive, but the riding ability and athleticism is absolutely extraordinary. It warmed my heart, and made me a little envious.
