What do you think ?
I need a feed pickup
I'm a Ford guy so I don't know squat about Chevy
Diesels are too heavy for wet, muddy and etc
What's your thoughts on this ?

I said the same thing in 1996 when the transmission went out on a my pickup with less than 70k miles
Chevy declined warranty and I've driven fords since then.
I hear the 6.0 is good though

Iam a dodge fan or should I say a cummins fan. But if I was to buy a gas truck I would go with a Ford. My work truck has a v10 in it with 230k+ miles on it with no major work done on the motor.

The 6.0 is a tough motor. People that complain about the power, are afraid to get the RPMs up. Transmission can be a weak spot on a Chevy.

You're likely to get 100 different answers. I won't get into brands but I will say I had a 2500HD with the 6.0. Best gas engine I ever owned. Period.

If you could still get a manual in a 2500 with a 6.0, you'd be in business.

What's wrong with the Allison? Do they put them in any gas burners anymore?

I was a fool once and threw money away on a chevy I refuse to do it again.

I had a dodge years ago that gave trouble, but my oldest had a 2014 f-250 that had electrical problems they couldn't to fix permanently so traded and bought a new dodge with Cummings and really likes it

Just certain years it seems all the automakers turn out bad designs

Looks way overpriced to me. Gave much less for a 3/4 ton 2005 Dodge with cummins engine and about the same mileage three years ago.

True and you'll still have the bed when the truck dies.....mine was also a crew cab. Still got it and love the thing. Think I gave $12-13K for it. Already had a gooseneck hookup and tool box. Great truck. Still think this truck is way overpriced.

Would probably be a good truck. I had a 6.0 1500hd that was worked and never had issues. Sold it with a little over 200k. Personally I wouldn't pay that much for this paticular truck. I run a 4x4 diesel and can't stay out of mud. Only been stuck with loaded trailer.

Sadly I admit I bought a chevy.

Lol, I've had a slew of Chevys over years without incident.
Never had but one Chevy but it was a dam good truck after we had the injectors all replaced at less than 20K miles.
