I watched her when she left my collard patch just after daylight this A.M and made it no farther than the fence before she laid down.

Almost dead center of the picture on the wooded fenceline.

She's 235 yards according to the range finder. Had my rifle out and was going to aim for an eye before the wife and the little one got out of bed.

Tell me about it. It takes me as much time and effort in keeping the deer out of everything I try to grow as it does in planting it. And if I don't use some means of deterrance, I get nothing for my labor. Glad you nailed that one. :D

Hey Mike, First of all I haven't seen anything green and growing for a while  Second, I think Y'all are feeding the deer to well, And 3rd  did the deer lay down voluntarily :?:
And OH Yeah! gonna make some sausage soon? 8)

She slowly walked across that lot, made it to the fence and laid down all on her own.

Didn't shoot her. Didn't have time to dress her. I would have to have done it then and there, it being so warm.

She was back this morning and I passed on her again. Prolly wait until i see her at about 5-600 yards and sling one at her.
