The report I was trying to post was about ranchers meeting to try and stop the price of cattle from falling. May also be an investigation in the slaughter companies trying to keep the cattle sales lower. Search Politico under business and see if it can be found. I copied the address from the www website address

Sounds like so-called "ranchers" are trying to create a false market. Use to be laws against that.
