Every Thing Else vs Coffee Shop

Is there much difference in what should be posted in these threads? They both seem like "off topic" areas to me. When I have an off-topic post, I sometimes use one and sometimes the other. Are there any specific guidelines as to when an off topic should be in one as opposed to the other?

I always figured Coffee Shop was for topics ya might discuss in your local coffee shop or feed store while Everything Else was for topics you might not feel apropos for your local coffee shop.

There are guidelines. Sometimes we follow them.

There are rules too. We often break them. Push it to far and there are consequences.

Everything else always seems a little more serious than the coffee shop, in my opinion.
