probably just an ad tailored to you. Idk how it works and all but no one else gets it unless they live in Missouri probably.
For instance I get ads on this site for "Cricket Wireless" because they are my cell phone provider and probably since Ive used their website its tracked somehow and their add follows my browsing. So you probably went to some site about her or the other candidate in Missouri and some technical mumbo jumbo is happening so you see that ad.
