Yes I do GP, but I won't know what the price is till I get the bill. You guys that are using 1qt. to the acre I have a question for. I was planning on mixing Element and 24d, what rate do you think I should start at. I thought Greybeard and a few others said 1qt. Remedy and 2qt. 24d per acre. Maybe it was pints and not quarts.
 
If I'm using both, I mix equal amounts. Quart of each per acre. That eliminates having to go back spot spray almost completely. Those prices I said were from last year. I picked up a drum two weeks ago and won't know for sure what it cost until I get the bill after the first. May be cheaper than what I said. Element 4 was cheaper last year than it was the year before. Should be cheaper again this year because of the fall in oil prices if nothing else.
 
I have had good luck using a quart of 2,4-D mixed with 8 ozs. of triclopyr (Remedy, Element, Renovate) per acre. My 300 gallon spray rig will cover just over 16 acres the way I have it calibrated for speed and pressure. That is 4 gallons of 2,4-D and 1 gallon of triclopyr plus 3 qts of surfactant per 300 gallon tank full.

I mix 1 qt Remedy and 1 qt 2,4d/100 gal water--your spray rate is dependent on the nozzle size and pressure=flow and that and travel speed determines how much herbicide you are actually getting on each acre.

It says right there on the label to use a 1:1 ratio of Remedy and 24D?
Remedy and Cimarron works better and no 24D smell.

Just curious how yall are licensed to buy and use the stuff? I took a 3 hour examination for my license...
 
For the record, Caustic is the only participant on these boards who ever contacted me privately trying to sell cattle. Dont get me started about that crap about the bull he sold to "Cypress", the guy nobody knows on my street...

A 3 hour class is nothing compared to hands on training.
I like to know about real results. I trust nothing that the government has their hands into.

Real world- visit any time. My name is John West. I live in Jarreau, Louisiana.

Like I said last year when I sprayed Cimarron and Remedy on the hay fields. It works better with Bermuda than Grazon. However, wait until the army worms hit you because that is what happens in the real world.

Free advice:
When u r old enough for your first prostate exam go to a board certified urologist, somebody who passed an examination. Do not get your prostate exam in the bathroom of the Baton Rouge courthouse. Haha

Took me 15 minutes but I did it the old fashioned way. Paid the college kid administering the test $500 for an A grade and my license.

That's pretty steep. Used to you could get your CDL license here for an extra $50 cash. I think the lady is retired now though.
