Dull fogged headlight lens rejuvenation

From another forum, I know the guy that did this video--he's a body shop owner and has 30 years of experience with this and all other aspects of body and paint, so I trust his judgement. You can use a polish pad in a drill but it isn't quite as quick--just keep it moving and don't hold it in one place too long or it may burn the plastic lens. If you are concerned about the paint, just put some of that blue ez remove masking tape around the edge.

Thanks GB... The new plastic vehicle light covers are a pain... I prefer sealed beam lights you never had to worry about that.

We polished up the ones on the wifes car and they sure were a lot clearer then they had been. A couple of weeks later a deer jumped off a bank and landed on the righ front fender, besides the other stuff it broke the headlight. They replaced it and even though the old one was clearer you can still tell the difference in the intensity of the light coming from the new one. Problem is they run 185 bucks.
