has any body got any imformation on feeding beef cows in dry lots year around? or does anybody know any that does? is it feesible can it be done?

It can be done but the cost would be prohibitve in normal circumstances. We did it in the Mojave desert with some cows, but my partner had thousands of acres of alfalfa and provided all the feed.
